Winter is an ideal time to go within to explore our inner world. Transpersonal Breath Work is a powerful natural technique using accelerated breath and evocative music to access the inner landscape of our unconscious. This is a transformative way to understand our own unique inner wisdom and increase personal empowerment. It is also a way to access our own innate healing potential.

The one day workshops are facilitated and supported by fully qualified psychotherapists trained and experienced in transpersonal breathwork. Your sessions are held in a highly supportive environment creating a place of safety to delve deeply into your own journey towards wholeness. The combination of the breath, music and a sense of safety allows expanded states of consciousness which have the power to shift patterns and perspectives creating a greater sense of wellbeing.
